Job Summary: We are seeking a Dispatch Controller to verify and control the outbound shipment of goods, coordinate with logistics, and record movements in the system. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of loading and compliance with procedures Our client, a leading local company operating in the Ica market and prominent in the mass consumption sector, is searching for top talent to fill the position of Dispatch Controller. REQUIREMENTS: Technical or university degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Intermediate-level SAP proficiency. Availability to work fixed afternoon shifts. Residence in Ica or nearby areas. WORK SCHEDULE: Night shifts with Sundays off: Night shift: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm RESPONSIBILITIES: Verify and control the correct outbound shipment of goods according to delivery guides and dispatch orders. Validate quantities, codes, batches, and product conditions prior to loading. Coordinate dispatch scheduling with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams. Record incoming and outgoing goods in the system (Excel / SAP / ERP). Monitor dispatch timelines and route compliance. Supervise unit loading and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
