




Job Summary: Warehouse professional with experience in inventory management, movement recording, tool control, and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive warehouse management and inventory control. 2. Tool management and loan tracking. 3. Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the warehouse. RESPONSIBILITIES: Receiving, loading, and unloading of goods. Storage and proper placement of products according to coding. Recording of warehouse movements in the ERP system. Physical inventory control and support for cyclic and monthly inventories. Issuance and document control (delivery notes, internal forms). Maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Performing inbound and outbound transactions in the tool, PPE, and consumables management system. Tracking tool loans, including replacement timelines, loan conditions, and returns. Daily monitoring of critical tools. User-based consumption control. Daily verification of the status of critical assets. Managing tool and other asset labeling using metal markers, metal engravers, or label printers. Reporting incidents and pending returns during shift handover. Requirements: Technical studies in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Minimum six months (6\) of experience in warehouse handling, quotations, procurement, receiving, and recording of delivery notes, invoices, etc. Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency. Knowledge of warehouse and inventory control. Driver's license B\-IIA (Desirable). LINEAR MOTORCYCLE Availability to work on-site. Competencies: Organization and planning. Teamwork.
