Job Summary: Support activities related to electromechanical assembly, installation, mounting, and electrical wiring, while maintaining order and safety in work areas. Key Highlights: 1. Support in electromechanical assembly and solar structure installation. 2. Collaboration in laying and connecting electrical wiring. 3. Maintenance of order, cleanliness, and safety in work areas. **Novum Solar** is the leading company in the development of photovoltaic solar energy and energy storage projects in Peru. Through its three business divisions — Distribution, EPC Projects, and Power Generation — it is seeking qualified talent to fill the position of **Construction Assistant**. **Responsibilities:** · Transport, loading, unloading, and organizing construction materials, tools, and equipment. · Support electromechanical assembly activities for the project. · Assist in mounting and installing structures, solar modules, conduits, accessories, and system components. · Support laying, connecting, organizing, and securing electrical wiring under technical supervision. · Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in work areas. · Assist in preparing work fronts and setting up materials and tools. · Report any incidents, missing materials, damage, or unsafe conditions to the site supervisor. · Comply with safety, occupational health regulations, and proper use of PPE. · Provide multifunctional field operational support as required by the project. · Perform other duties related to the position. **Candidate Profile:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum of 3 months’ experience in similar positions. **Work Location and Schedule:** · Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturdays, 7:00 am to 12:00 pm. · Work location: Sullana, Piura. **Benefits:** · Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits.
