Focus on safety, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance. **Job Description** ---------------------- Supervise, direct, and ensure that equipment remains operational to guarantee the proper functioning of assigned stores. 1\. Supervise equipment and facility operations and maintenance through inspections, checklists, and tests as per established procedures. 2\. Manage and track maintenance requests via corporate systems, ensuring timely closure. 3\. Coordinate and supervise the execution of preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance work, ensuring proper implementation. 4\. Administer documentation closure and budgetary control for maintenance activities, including acceptance certificates, expense tracking, and management reports. 5\. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE by contractors and maintenance providers. 6\. Manage the Annual Maintenance Program (AMP) and track continuous improvement actions to optimize operations and prevent risks. 7\. Ensure protection, preservation, and appropriate use of assets, equipment, and facilities, coordinating with relevant departments to guarantee safe working environments. 8\.
