Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks, ensuring safety and quality. A pharmaceutical company is seeking 1 Project Coordinator to perform duties at our plant located in the city of Paita - Piura. PROJECT COORDINATOR Main Function: Ensure efficient project management, compliance with regulatory requirements, and process optimization. Coordinate and supervise project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulations. Manage communication among various involved teams and ensure proper implementation of strategies for project success. Specific Functions: Related to Project Planning and Execution: Design and structure work plans for assigned projects. Define project objectives, scope, costs, and schedules. Coordinate with different departments to ensure proper plan execution. Supervise achievement of project milestones. Supervise work performed by third parties or internal staff. Deliver the completed project to the user department. Organize project kick-off and progress meetings. Related to Resource and Budget Management: Identify and manage resources required for project execution. Control allocated budget and optimize costs without compromising quality. Manage supplier contracts and evaluate their performance. Regulatory and Compliance Requirements: Ensure all projects comply with applicable regulatory requirements. Prepare User Requirements and manage respective approvals. Prepare Change Control documentation and manage respective approvals. Stay updated on regulatory changes and their impact on projects. Update quality management system documents assigned to their functions. Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential project risks. Implement contingency plans to minimize negative impacts. Ensure safety and quality throughout all project phases. Profile: Education: Engineering: Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic, Civil, Electromechanical, Electrical, or related fields. Knowledge: Project management knowledge based on PMBOK methodology; AutoCAD 2D (intermediate level); Visio (basic level); MS Project (intermediate level). Experience: 3 years in similar positions.
