Coordinate and supervise project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulations. Manage communication among various involved teams and ensure proper implementation of strategies for project success. Specific Functions: Related to Project Planning and Execution: Design and structure work plans for assigned projects. Define project objectives, scope, costs, and schedules. Coordinate with different departments to ensure proper plan execution. Supervise achievement of project milestones. Supervise work performed by third parties or internal staff. Deliver the completed project to the user department. Organize project kick-off and progress meetings. Related to Resource and Budget Management: Identify and manage resources required for project execution. Control allocated budget and optimize costs without compromising quality.
