We work together with the joy of achieving the impossible. **Job Description** **What the role is about** * Oversee compliance with warehouse processes and supervise dispatch and receiving operations according to corporate guidelines and established best practices, ensuring product availability and quality, as well as defined inventory and service indicators. **Key challenges of the role** * Prepare reconciliation entries (inventory counts and adjustments for products, packaging, boxes, and pallets) to ensure product availability and detect out-of-stock situations. * Monitor inventory indicators (e.g., product expiration) to identify deviations, discuss them with relevant parties, and propose immediate solutions. * Supervise the physical conditions of the warehouse (safety, organization, cleanliness, and discipline) to ensure compliance with established norms and standards. * Coordinate with sales and production teams the dispatch of special orders to maintain product availability. * Manage improvement projects across various processes related to agency operations. **Additional Information** **Who we are looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Logistics. * 1 year of experience as a warehouse or storage coordinator. (Desirable) * Knowledge of inventory ledgers and Kardex systems. (Desirable) * SAP knowledge (Intermediate level, desirable). Currently, we are looking for the best talent to fill the position of Static Equipment Planner 3: Boilers – Heat Exchangers. **Job Description** * Technically coordinate the definition of the scope of major repairs for the assigned plant(s). * Carry out detailed planning of each activity according to their field of action. * Planning of resource management. * Estimate the MPP Budget for major repairs of the assigned plant(s) . * Identify the required Work Procedures for the execution of major repairs and coordinate their preparation. * Planning of Scope Changes. * Coordinate, evaluate, and control the progress of activities under their responsibility to achieve planning objectives. * Ensure compliance with the approved schedule. * Review preliminary definitions. * Activity classification. * Schedules, Resources, WBS. * Activity groupings. * Identification of equipment or equipment sections. * Identification of resources and work teams (crews, work fronts, contractors, etc.) to which they will be assigned. * Definition of working hours and calendars per work team. **Requirements** **Academic Background** Graduated Engineer in Mechanical, Mechanical-Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Chemical, Electronics Engineering, or related fields to maintenance management. * For engineers with national degrees: Current professional license. * For engineers with foreign degrees: Current professional license from the country of origin for the respective practice. Before starting services, they must present their temporary license from the Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú. **Minimum Experience** * Minimum cumulative documented experience of 6 years in planning and/or execution of major repair projects in facilities within the hydrocarbon industry such as Oil Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, Natural Gas Fractionation and Liquefaction Plants. * Planner in at least 2 projects involving planning, scheduling, and estimation of material resources and equipment for Plant Shutdowns in hydrocarbon industry facilities such as Oil Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, Natural Gas Fractionation and Liquefaction Plants.
