We are looking for new talents to fill the position of: **\*MARKETING MANAGER\*** **\*REQUIREMENTS\*** \- Professional in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related fields. \- 3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably with knowledge of the market in the commercial beauty sector. \- Solid knowledge in digital marketing, social media, sales management, and budgeting. \- Proficient in digital design and/or production tools, and intermediate-to-advanced level in Ms Office. **\*RESPONSIBILITIES\*** \- Design, execute, and supervise marketing and sales strategies to attract customers, increase foot traffic and sales. \- Design, implement, and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate department efficiency and budget. \- Lead the marketing team and coordinate with other involved departments (sales, management). \- Design and implement commercial strategies, manage digital and in-person campaigns to strengthen brand presence. \- Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **\*BENEFITS\*** \- Payroll with all social benefits under the Small Business Labor Regime.
