





Seeking an Administrative and Commercial Assistant with experience REQUIREMENTS: * Graduates in Business Administration or Administration and Marketing. * Proficiency in Word and Excel (Intermediate level). * Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the position. * Knowledge and experience managing social media. * Must reside in areas near Surco. * Must have immediate availability. PROFILE: **Proactive and organized** Willing to work under pressure and with a strong sense of responsibility. **Excellent communication skills.** Capable of adapting quickly and learning rapidly. **Punctual and responsible.** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Answering and making phone calls, and attending to customers. * Taking orders, preparing related documentation, and coordinating deliveries. * Researching and organizing events, courses, and/or workshops. * Managing and administering social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, marketplaces, TikTok). * Building and maintaining databases of doctors, technicians, and podiatrists. * Expanding the social media follower base. * Researching, organizing, and executing courses, events, and workshops. * Promoting upcoming courses, events, and workshops via social media. * Publishing and sharing company products and weekly offers on social media. * Responding to and forwarding social media messages and comments. * Creating content for publication and sharing on social media. * Promptly addressing customer complaints and providing immediate solutions. * Supporting various tasks in other departments as required by company needs.
