




**Position: Billing Assistant / Administrative Department** **Location:** Puente Piedra **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:15 AM – 6:00 PM (ON-SITE) \- SATURDAYS 8:15 AM – 1:00 PM **Main Responsibilities:** * **Issuance** of invoices, receipts, and credit notes in **STARSOFT**\-SUNAT. * **Responsible** for the accurate issuance, control, and filing of generated documents, including: **Shipping Guides, Invoices, Receipts, Credit Notes, and Others.** * Receive purchase orders from entities and sales representatives’ orders. * Generate required reports based on processed information. * Daily control and filing of issued sales documents. * Prepare daily shipping payroll sheets for goods dispatch. * Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Accounting departments. * Excel and billing platform proficiency. * Other duties inherent to the position as assigned by management. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of billing experience (preferred). * Knowledge of SUNAT and electronic billing systems. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Organization, punctuality, and attention to detail. **We Offer:** * **Payroll enrollment** from day one * **Salary:** S/. 1,130.00 – S/. 1,200.00 Send your updated CV to: contabilidaddreko@gmail.com Subject: *Application – Billing Assistant* Or apply directly via Indeed.
