Grupo Inmobiliario Cima Prince is looking for a **Site Resident Engineer** to join our team for our new project ''Real Club House'' in San Andrés, Pisco. Requirements: * Civil Engineer, licensed and qualified. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles as Site Resident, Resident Engineer. * Minimum experience managing 4 building construction projects. * Proficiency in Autocad, Civil 3D, and Excel. * Experience preparing bank valuations. * Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and construction scheduling. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Capacity to lead field work teams and coordinate with contractors. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. * Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and results-oriented skills. * **Residence in Pisco or surrounding areas (do not apply if residing in other provinces).** Responsibilities: * Supervise on-site construction activities according to technical documentation and schedule. * Monitor the physical and financial progress of the project. * Coordinate with site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Prepare technical reports, valuations, and measurements. * Verify compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Resolve technical issues on site. * Participate in coordination meetings with clients and internal departments. * Manage technical and administrative project documentation. * Coordinate and manage human resources, materials, and equipment required for execution. * Ensure compliance with technical specifications, regulations, and safety standards. * Report progress, incidents, and results to the projects department. * Ensure proper execution of drawings, specifications, and procedures. Strong technical knowledge in: * Personnel management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. * Planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines and budgets. * Effective communication and negotiation abilities. * Problem-solving with a results-driven approach. * High attention to detail and commitment to safety.
