Teamwork and proactivity **WE ARE SEEKING A CRANE OPERATOR** A company specializing in lifting and cargo handling services is looking for a **crane operator** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Experience in pole handling and pole replacement in electrical networks, scissor-lift lifting, and operation of PALFINGER, HIAB equipment, and Fuller-box trucks. * Documented competence from training courses and/or certifications issued by previous employers. * Verified experience in crane operation. * Basic knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance (not mandatory). * **ASME B30\.5**: Rigging signals. * **ASME B30\.22**: Truck-mounted cranes. * Ability to read and interpret truck crane / crane load charts and diagrams. * Extensive knowledge of safe cargo lifting practices. * Teamwork, soft skills, proactivity, and commitment to continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate cranes safely and efficiently. * Coordinate with field and central operational teams. * Maintain vehicles and tools in optimal condition. * Perform daily checklists for assigned equipment. * Promote order, cleanliness, and harmonious coexistence in the workplace. * Comply with established safety protocols. * Maintain courteous treatment and communication with clients. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration, insurance, AFP. * Timely payments. * Opportunities for professional development. * A positive work environment focused on respect and teamwork.
