Position Summary: We are seeking an Academic Specialist to ensure the pedagogical and communicative quality of English courses, guaranteeing a high-level educational experience for students. Ensure a high-level educational experience for students We are currently seeking an Academic Specialist to join our team. **Primary Function:** Ensure the **academic, pedagogical, and communicative quality** of English courses by reviewing and validating **videos, audio files, and audiovisual materials**, ensuring that all content is clear, accurate, aligned with the CEFR level (A1–C2\), and consistent with the methodology and brand’s friendly tone. This position is critical to enabling students to **learn effectively, feel supported, and enjoy a high-level educational experience**. Position Conditions Salary: S/ 2,500 Work Modality: * On-site and remote Work Location: Av. Javier Prado Este 1420 – San Isidro Working Hours: * 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday – On-site * Saturday, 9 AM to 1 PM – Remote Requirements to Apply: * Bachelor's degree in Education, Languages, Linguistics, Translation, or related fields. Intermediate-level proficiency in Word. * English proficiency at C1\- C2 level (spoken and written). * Excellent academic writing skills in English. * Experience in designing or reviewing English educational materials. * Familiarity with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). * A master’s degree in a related field is desirable. * Proven experience as an English teacher (minimum 5 years).
