Position Summary: We are seeking a Customs Specialist with experience in customs regulations, responsible for advising clients and managing customs clearance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Expert advice on customs regulations 2. End-to-end management of customs documentation and clearance 3. Operation of the SINTAD and VUCE systems **Requirements:** * 2 years of experience as a Customs Specialist. * Knowledge of special agreements, the Amazon Region Law, and Free Trade Agreements (FTAs). * In-depth understanding of Regimes 10, 40, and Temporary Regimes. * Proficiency in the SINTAD system. **Responsibilities:** * Advise clients on matters related to customs regulations. * Review received documentation to verify absence of errors or omissions. * Open orders in SINTAD and assign them to the liquidator. * Daily submission of customs clearance status updates to clients and immediate supervisors. * Verify proformas received from the commercial department. * Maintain control over clients’ customs clearances. * Forward files to the withdrawal department after coordinating reception schedules. * Check free days for demurrage and storage. * Submit requests via the VUCE system to schedule SENASA inspections.
