Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Supervisor to oversee drilling activities, geotechnical design, excavation, and coordinate field testing within the Minerals and Metals Division. Collaboration in engineering design optimization At AtkinsRealis, we are currently seeking professionals for future projects, specifically for the position of **Senior Geotechnical Supervisor**, within our Minerals and Metals Division. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise drilling activities and geotechnical design, ensuring compliance with established standards. * Supervise test pit excavation and other fieldwork, such as drilling and DPL testing. * Perform geotechnical designs for slope stability, foundation analysis, and other related structures. * Coordinate and conduct field geotechnical tests, including sand cone tests, permeability tests, among others. * Maintain detailed records of field geotechnical activities, documenting results and ensuring quality control at each stage of the process. * Provide technical support in analyzing and processing data obtained from field and laboratory tests to facilitate sound decision-making. * Collaborate with the engineering team to adjust and optimize designs based on actual site conditions and field results. * Comply with and enforce company procedures. * Adhere to the company's quality management system guidelines relevant to the position and department. * Other duties related to the responsibilities of this role. **Requirements:** * Academic qualification: Licensed and registered Geological Engineer. * Experience: Over 15 years in general. * Software proficiency: Slide, MS Office. * Additional details: Mining industry experience; specialized courses in Geotechnics. * Experience in drilling and test pits. * Languages: Intermediate English. **Application Process:** * Applications are accepted exclusively through our corporate careers portal; applications submitted via other channels will not be accepted. * We will contact only shortlisted candidates for interviews. * Relocation costs are not covered.
