Knowledge of the Public Procurement Law and related regulations A construction-sector company is seeking a **Technical Office Manager** for a construction project, with solid technical, contractual, and administrative management experience in building projects. * Licensed Civil Engineer, registered with the professional association, and duly licensed. * Minimum of **5 years’ experience in construction execution**. * Minimum of **3 years’ experience in Technical Offices, contract coordination, or administration of public construction contracts**. * Proven experience in: Preparation and management of valuations; construction change orders; detailed quantity take-offs and deductions; time extensions; physical–financial control of construction works. Knowledge of: * The Public Procurement Law and current regulations. * Technical files, quantity take-offs, budgets, and cost analysis. * Construction scheduling and control. * Procurement processes on construction sites. * ERP S10 (intermediate–advanced level). * Intermediate-level Excel. Salary: S/.6,000.00 – S/.9,000.00 per hour Workplace: On-site employment
