We are looking for a **Production Shift Supervisor** to lead operations during shifts at South America's **first liquefied natural gas (LNG) processing plant**. ️ **What impact will you have on operations?** You will play a key role in ensuring production activities are executed safely and efficiently, keeping operations within established parameters. Your main responsibilities will include: * **Supervise operations during the shift**: Lead operator activities, ensuring achievement of operational objectives and proper team performance. * **Ensure production and quality performance**: Maintain production targets and optimize plant performance, guaranteeing product quality specifications are met. * **Coordinate safe plant and equipment operations**: Ensure the plant operates within its operational range and coordinate responsibility transfer for equipment between Operations and Asset Integrity. * **Manage resolution of operational issues**: Provide technical support during the shift to resolve operational deviations, promptly identifying and communicating reliability issues to the relevant department and participating in maintaining operational standards. * **Develop and lead the Operations team**: Supervise team performance, develop improvement plans, conduct performance evaluations, and promote adherence to QSHE standards. **What profile do we need?** * Degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, or Petrochemical Engineering**. * Minimum **10 years of experience in the energy, oil & gas, petrochemical, or LNG industry**, including **at least 3 years as an Operations Supervisor**. * Experience **supervising plant operations in industrial environments**, ideally in the petrochemical or mining industry. * Strong **leadership**, **teamwork**, and **communication skills** across all organizational levels. * Ability to **analyze and solve problems**. * **Intermediate English proficiency**, as you will interact with part of the team in this language. **What will your work environment be like?** * You will work in an **industrial plant operation**.
