Jsc Equipos Mineros S.A., a Peruvian company dedicated to manufacturing mining-sector machinery, such as locomotives, shovels, winches, and more. **PRODUCTION OPERATOR PROFILE.** AT JSC, WE ARE SEEKING TOP TALENT TO FILL THE POSITION OF **PRODUCTION OPERATOR.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or ongoing technical studies in production mechanics, machinery, and tools. * Forklift operation experience. * Knowledge of drilling equipment. * Knowledge of grinding equipment. * Knowledge of painting processes. * Residency in SJL or neighboring districts. * Full-time availability. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices. * Collaborate with direct supervisor in defining the production plan and its practical execution. * Minimum one year of verifiable experience. * Knowledge of procedures and rules required in case of accidents. **FUNCTIONS:** * Support internal projects generated at the plant or in the administrative area. * Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and timely delivery. * Transport incoming raw materials to required locations within the plant, using either a forklift or manual handling. * Assist in moving, collecting, or carrying heavy loads within the plant, as needed. * Support the warehouse area in receiving raw materials. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and visual management labels for quick identification of materials, locations, and finished products. * Perform any other duties assigned by supervision. * Manage and provide necessary technical materials and their locations to carry out assigned tasks. * Support the direct supervisor in monitoring production deadlines. * Resolve all types of incidents occurring during production. * Address the needs of all professionals involved in production. * Keep the workplace clean to prevent possible accidents and incidents. * If required, assist in operating machinery to advance production (following prior training). **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM * Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM * Interested candidates must submit their updated CV through this channel. * rr.hh@jscequiposmineros.com.pe * Phone number: * 942857110 * Position Type: Full-time Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 – S/.1,500.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
