




Maintain close communication with the Information Systems Directorate, reporting all IT-related needs, requirements, and incidents corresponding to your location or branch. Participate, together with the TECHNOLOGICAL INFRASTRUCTURE AND SECURITY DEPARTMENT, in planning preventive maintenance for computing and communications equipment, coordinated with the Administrative Directorate of your location or branch. Supervise or execute this plan. Propose updates or replacements of computer equipment and software resulting from preventive maintenance at your respective headquarters or branch. Ensure technical support to users at your location or branch to guarantee their effective and efficient integration into the use of technologies available within the Institution. Ensure timely registration of all support requests handled at your location or branch in the ticketing system. Maintain up-to-date inventories of computing equipment, communications devices, accessories, and local IP address assignments at your location or branch. Supervise or execute the implementation of network points and other types of required network connections at your location or branch. Continuously monitor proper bandwidth usage, reporting unusual events as appropriate to the service provider and/or the TECHNOLOGICAL INFRASTRUCTURE AND SECURITY DEPARTMENT. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, etc., or Technical Diploma in Computing and Informatics or related technical fields.
