We are currently looking for a committed, proactive **Human Resources Assistant** eager to grow within the department. **Requirements**: · Graduate of technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Social Work, or Psychology. · Excellent oral and written communication skills. · 02 years of work experience as an HR assistant. · Intermediate-level Office skills, especially Excel. **Responsibilities** · Administer employee personnel files and keep them updated. · Manage registrations and deregistrations in T\-REGISTRO (Sunat). · Handle SUNAFIL inspections and manage procedures through the electronic mailbox. · Register and manage affiliations with MINTRA and Viva Essalud. · Coordinate renewal of insurance policies (SCTR, Vida Ley) with brokers. · Calculate payroll, bonuses, CTS, Fifth Category tax, and other benefits. · Perform calculations and control of overtime hours, vacations, and medical leaves. · Supervise worker and service provider contracts. · Prepare attendance records based on timekeeping data. · File AFP declarations and submit PDT 601 PLAME. · Collaborate in performance management and objective tracking. · Provide employee support regarding labor-related inquiries and well-being. · Assist in recruitment and selection: posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and supporting assessment tests. **We Offer:** · Market-competitive salary. · Formal employment contract. · Positive work environment. · Ongoing training. · On-site work in the district of Puente Piedra.
