Participation in projects implementing reliability plans At Confipetrol Andina, a leading company in Latin America providing comprehensive operation and maintenance solutions to the hydrocarbons, industrial, mining, and energy sectors, we are seeking top professionals for the position of: RELIABILITY ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS: University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields. Specialization or diploma in Reliability, Predictive Maintenance, or Asset Management. 8 years of experience in industrial plants (mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, energy, or similar). Experience in predictive and preventive maintenance management, failure analysis, and optimization of maintenance costs. Participation in projects implementing reliability plans and improving the availability of critical equipment. Knowledge of condition monitoring tools: vibration, ultrasonics, thermography, oil analysis. Experience in plant shutdown management and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Proficiency in SAP (PM – Plant Maintenance module) for maintenance management. Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA/FMECA). Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Planning and optimization of maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, proactive, planned corrective).
