Screen Developer - Textile Manufacturing

Join the best team as a **SCREEN DEVELOPER** in the **Printing Area**, at our **Chincha** site. **What requirements do we have?** * Completed secondary education * 3 years of experience in printing processes within textile garment companies * Technical knowledge of printing processes in garment manufacturing * Availability to work in Chincha **What competencies are we looking for?** Teamwork, organization, ability to work under pressure **What will be your responsibilities?** * Receive the daily production schedule and samples, verifying priorities and availability of supplies (emulsion, chemicals, frames, and equipment) * Check that delivered films are in proper condition: alignment, resolution, scale, and print quality * Verify mesh conditions (tension, wear, damage) and monitor their lifespan * Carry out the screen development process according to established technical parameters * Ensure developed screens meet standards before being sent to the production area * Guarantee proper use and maintenance of equipment (exposure units, washout units, lamps, pressure systems) **What benefits do we offer?** * Payroll inclusion with all statutory benefits * Training and educational agreements * Continuous learning * Employee engagement activities * Health campaigns * Profit sharing At TSC, we are committed to equal opportunities.
