Currently, we are looking for an **SSOMA COORDINATOR (PDR)**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Occupational Health and Safety * Minimum of 5 years of experience, age between 29 and 37 years old. * Knowledge in the field of Environmental Sanitation * Availability to work in the field and office. * Knowledge of environmental issues, safety, and environmental sanitation. * Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards (optional) **Responsibilities:** * Verify and adhere to daily schedules, ensuring that activities carried out before, during, and after service execution are conducted safely. * Follow work procedures and organizational regulations, and remain available for any last-minute changes. * Supervise field personnel, verifying they have the necessary PPE, materials, and documentation required for scheduled service execution. * Conduct training sessions for staff and/or clients according to schedule regarding our services. * Perform technical visits to clients as scheduled. * Conduct unannounced visits to work teams at client sites to assess improvements. * Develop procedures, instructions, flowcharts, and other documents required for the operations area in coordination with the SIG Coordinator. * Travel to provinces to carry out PDR services. * Other duties related to the position. **Benefits:** * Formal employment (statutory benefits) * Ongoing training * Performance bonuses and paid overtime * Career advancement opportunities * Negotiable salary Position type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Application questions: * Are you available to travel according to schedule? * Do you have availability to work on SUNDAYS in the field?
