We are **SISCOG**, a company specialized in **Environmental Sanitation, Industrial Safety, and Solid Waste Management**, with over 20 years of experience in the market. We are currently seeking an **SSOMA Coordinator**, responsible for leading operational and safety management, ensuring compliance with organizational processes, procedures, and objectives.
**Requirements**
* Professional degree in **Industrial Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields**.
* Proven experience in **operational and SSOMA management**, both in field and office settings.
* Solid knowledge of the **Integrated Management System (IMS)**.
* Knowledge and application of **ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001**.
* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
* Availability to conduct **field supervision**.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in office software tools.
* Knowledge of Environmental Sanitation sector
**Responsibilities**
* Lead the **Operations Department**, including logistics, planning, SSOMA, warehouse, maintenance, workshop, and service execution teams.
* Ensure achievement of **operational objectives**, guaranteeing proper service delivery.
* Supervise **maintenance of units, equipment, and operational resources**.
* Guarantee compliance with **processes, procedures, and safety standards**.
* Conduct **field supervision** to verify proper service execution.
* Participate in developing **service execution time standards**.
* Contribute to the **development and monitoring of the Annual Safety Plan**.
* Ensure correct implementation of the **Integrated Management System (IMS)**.
* Coordinate corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives within operations.
* Perform other duties inherent to the position.
* Travel to provinces to execute PDR services.
