We seek a highly competent and committed professional to lead the execution of a project during the civil construction phase of a beach house, ensuring quality, adherence to schedules, safety, and cost control. **Required Profile** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. * Minimum of **5 years** experience as a Construction Resident Engineer. * **Mandatory:** Proven experience in constructing **beach houses**. * **Mandatory:** Residency in **Chincha, Pisco, or Cañete**. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings: * Architecture * Structures * Sanitary Installations * Electrical Installations * Proficiency in: * MS Project * AutoCAD * Advanced Excel * Knowledge of Last Planner System (desirable). * Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety. * Willingness to work on-site. **Main Responsibilities** * Comprehensive planning of project execution. * Develop and monitor the master schedule. * Daily physical progress supervision. * Coordinate contractors and subcontractors. * Manage materials, equipment, and work crews. * Control execution quality and finishing standards. * Ensure compliance with technical documentation. * Track measurements and valuations. * Monitor costs and productivity. * Prepare daily and weekly reports. * Manage technical observations. * Lead site meetings. * Coordinate with supervisors, designers, and management. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Deliver the project free of observations. **Competencies** * Leadership * Organization * Planning * Decision-making ability * Problem-solving * Effective communication * Working under pressure * Results-oriented Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
