Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage and process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring regulatory compliance and proper accounting records. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of severance settlements and labor cost reports We are looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our team at PALTARUMI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations. Additionally, they must ensure accurate accounting recording of transactions related to salaries, accruals, labor taxes, and settlements. Key Duties and Responsibilities: * Process monthly employee payroll. * Manage monthly payroll incidents. * Prepare payroll reports for management. * Address payroll-related inquiries. * Collaborate with the finance department during audits. * Record payroll and its entries in the ERP or accounting system. * Prepare severance settlements and deliver required documents to outgoing employees. * Generate labor cost reports and analyze variances. * Monitor contract renewals and amendments. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory). * Prior experience in payroll management (mandatory). * Knowledge of Peruvian labor regulations. * Specialization in Labor Legislation and Payroll Management (mandatory). * Proficiency in payroll software. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure.
