Job Summary: Manage the supplier portfolio, ensuring purchase quality, optimizing costs, and minimizing risks in procurement operations. Key Highlights: 1. Manage quotations and participate in supplier selection. 2. Evaluate purchasing alternatives to optimize costs and ensure quality. 3. Negotiate with suppliers and coordinate logistics for efficient deliveries. **Purpose of the Position** MANAGE THE SUPPLIER PORTFOLIO, ENSURING PURCHASE QUALITY AND OPTIMIZING COSTS, WHILE MINIMIZING RISKS IN THE COMPANY'S PROCUREMENT OPERATIONS. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Academic Qualification: Industrial Administrator / Industrial Engineer or equivalent. * Minimum 03 years of experience in Logistics Manager or Procurement Assistant roles. * Proficiency in NISIRA ERP \- Purchasing and Warehouse modules. (Desirable) * Prior experience in human resources or a similar role (preferred but not mandatory). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Basic knowledge of storage standards and industrial safety regulations. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage quotations and participate in supplier selection. * Evaluate purchasing alternatives to optimize costs without compromising quality. * Plan and ensure continuous supply for headquarters and projects. * Negotiate with suppliers (prices, credit terms, and purchasing conditions). * Issue and manage purchase and service orders. * Coordinate logistics and transportation for efficient deliveries. * Control procurement documentation for monthly accounting closings. * Prepare expense forecasts and departmental reports. * Monitor supplier payments and coordinate to prevent disruptions. * Propose process improvements within the department. * Manage supplier documentation (quality, credit, registrations). * Administer the supplier and product database in the ERP system.
