Job Summary: PALTARUMI SAC is seeking Desorption and Refining Assistants with experience in gold processing plants to support hydrometallurgical processes and develop expertise in refinery operations. We are currently recruiting (3) **DESORPTION AND REFINING ASSISTANTS:** **:** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technician graduated or certified in Mineral Processing, Metallurgy, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in mineral processing plants or gold processing plants. * Basic knowledge of hydrometallurgical processes, desorption, electrowinning, and precious metal refining. * Basic proficiency in using measurement instruments, monitoring process variables, and recording operational data. * Knowledge of safe chemical handling and compliance with SSOMA standards (IPERC, ATS, and PETS). * Willingness to learn, work collaboratively, and develop as a Refinery Operator. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide supervised support in operating desorption, electrowinning, and gold/silver refining processes. * Assist in equipment startup, operation, and shutdown, as well as preparation and dosing of reagents. * Record operational parameters (temperature, pressure, pH, and flow rate) and assist in preparing shift reports. * Support inventory control of reagents and area materials. * Comply with safety procedures (SSOMA) and maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Participate in training programs and progressively develop competencies to assume greater operational autonomy. **BENEFITS:** * Full company coverage of meals and accommodation. * Full company coverage of work uniform laundry service. * Statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, profit sharing, and vacation leave). * Insurance coverage (Essalud, SCTR, and Life Insurance). * Birthday Leave Day. * Commuting transportation from Barranca to Plant. **WORK LOCATION: PARAMONGA \- BARRANCA.** Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Are you available to start immediately? * Where do you currently reside? * What is your salary expectation? * Do you have experience in this position?
