Job Summary: Supports the production of fishing net fibers by assisting in spooling, braiding, weaving, and material handling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in spooling and braiding processes 2. Collaboration in weaving and net handling 3. Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the area PRODUCTION ASSISTANT We produce and market fishing net fibers. RESPONSIBILITIES * Support in spooling and braiding operations (loading/unloading spools). * Replacement of spools to maintain continuous operations. * Assistance in weaving (loading shuttles, warp changes on gill nets). * Unloading and weighing finished nets. * Transporting full spools to the weaving area and nets to Finishing. * Preparing boxes for waste materials. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the area. * Reporting anomalies to supervisor/mechanic. WHAT WE LOOK FOR? * Availability to work rotating shifts * 6:30 am – 2:30 pm * 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm * 10:30 pm – 6:30 am * Availability to work overtime. * Availability to work in Cercado de Lima / Callao.
