Job Summary: This position ensures the planning, scheduling, and control of execution and supervision of studies and projects, providing operational support and service quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure work quality and compliance with policies and procedures. 2. Promote continuous improvement in operations and asset management. 3. Lead planning, scheduling, and control of mining projects. **Purpose of the Position** To efficiently ensure the planning, scheduling, and control of execution and/or supervision of new studies, projects, and services; as well as quality control and all matters related to service supervision, delivering appropriate and timely operational support to our work and clients in accordance with established standards and procedures for each service. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree holders/registered and licensed in Mechanical, Mining, or Industrial Engineering * Minimum 03 years of work experience. * Knowledge of applicable national regulations in MINING. * Work in high-risk environments * Knowledge of operations management, costs, valuations, KPI development, and safety management tools. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Participate in the development, planning, and execution of the work plan to assign responsibilities for activities to be carried out. * Implement strategies, objectives, policies, and procedures of the mining operations area and propose improvements. * Support the site representative and/or service coordinator in directing personnel during daily operations to ensure work quality, providing administrative and technical guidance while complying with established policies and procedures. * Coordinate efficient personnel transfer and movement during shift breaks. * Conduct ongoing audits and inspections of: mining sources, dumping areas, mining polygons, and correct positioning of loading equipment at the mining face. * Monitor the performance of mine equipment, including shovels, trucks, water tankers, tractors, motor graders, etc. * Provide technical support for decision-making and supervise assigned tasks. **Ensure service quality according to client requirements.** * Maintain smooth communication with safety departments regarding field operations. * Promote and encourage opportunities for operational and asset management improvement. * Generate daily and weekly maintenance activity reports for the area. * Submit service reports. * Prepare PETS (Standard Operating Procedures) according to activity and/or changes. * Disseminate PETS. * Perform other duties inherent to the position, as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Competencies:** * Service Orientation * Ethics and Integrity * Accountability * Teamwork * Confidentiality.
