Position Summary: Occupational health and safety professional to support comprehensive OHS management on building construction sites, including induction, hazard identification, safety talks, and document preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in safety, health, and environmental management on construction sites. 2. Active role in hazard identification and risk assessment. 3. Participation in the preparation of technical documents and statistical control. **1\) REQUIREMENTS:** ***a) Education*** * Graduate and/or professionally licensed in Occupational Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ***b) Training*** * Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health – Mandatory. * Specialization in Occupational Safety and Health – Desirable. * Public Procurement Law and its Regulations – Desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – Intermediate level. * First Aid courses – Desirable. * Ergonomics courses – Desirable. * High-risk work and other related courses – Desirable. ***c) Experience*** * 1 year in this position – Mandatory. * 1 year on building construction sites – Mandatory. **2\) RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct induction to the site’s OHS management system. * Support hazard identification. * Support assessment of occupational accident risks. * Deliver safety, health, and environmental awareness talks. * Conduct daily inspections of proper uniform and PPE usage. * Monitor and support implementation of the annual OHS program. * Support preparation of the IPERC matrix. * Support supervision of equipment quality used on site, ensuring appropriate storage and usage control. * Prepare and update the risk map. * Support administrative procedures for supplementary occupational risk insurance, ensuring coverage for occupational accidents and occupational diseases, as well as accident insurance policies, in compliance with current labor legislation, and verify their validity and compliance. * Support statistical monitoring and recording of incidents and occupational accidents, reporting them to the competent authority according to applicable regulations and procedures. * Identify and communicate observed environmental aspects arising from work activities, taking appropriate preventive measures to reduce them. * Report all potential or actual situations that may arise from organizational activities. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **3\) SKILLS** * Communication skills * Logical reasoning * Organization and delegation * Leadership * Crisis and stress management * Proactivity * Quick learning ability **4\) CONDITIONS** * Work location: HUAURA – HUACHO * Schedule: Monday to Saturday.
