* Manage the project: Planning, Execution, Monitoring/Control, Closure. * Approve all project management documents and technical design documents: Operations Manual, Signal List, Control Philosophy, Electrical Drawings. * Approve the standard programming design for the control system: HMI and Controllers. * Develop/Approve test protocol formats for the control system: FAT, SAT, and CAT control system tests. * Develop PLC programs (Rockwell Automation). * Develop HMI monitoring screens (Rockwell Automation). * Configure Rockwell's "Information System" software. * Validate simulation tests of control programs. * Perform field commissioning of the control system. * Manage and supervise FAT, SAT, and CAT testing.
