Job Summary: We are seeking a Sample Operator to participate in safety activities, perform mineral sampling, and ensure sample quality at a gold processing plant. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in safety talks and follow work procedures. 2. Perform mineral sampling, mechanical preparation, and batch coding. 3. Ensure sample quality, homogeneity, and representativeness. At **PALTARUMI SAC**, a leading gold mineral processing plant, we are currently seeking (1\) **Sample Operator** available to work under an **atypical 14x7 schedule in Paramonga \- Barranca.** **Requirements**: * Completed secondary education * Technical studies in metallurgical and/or chemical processes (in progress or completed) preferred * Minimum 6 months of experience performing similar duties in the mining industry and/or processing plants * Good physical stamina * Availability to work under an atypical schedule **Responsibilities**: * Attend daily area safety talks * Carry out sampling department duties in accordance with written work procedures, including point sampling of mineral batches on the yard and mechanical sample preparation (grinding) * Perform re-sampling of mineral batches * Systematically code mineral batches * Ensure high-quality, homogeneous, and representative sampling for each mineral batch * Transport prepared samples to respective departments within the timeframes indicated by the Supervisor * Collaborate with and/or support any other complementary activities requiring their skills and expertise, consistent with their position * Comply with all requirements of the Management System and Occupational Health and Safety Policy **Benefits**: * Payroll registration from day one * Profit-sharing based on production * Statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, and vacation) * Insurance coverage (Essalud, SCTR, and Life Insurance) * Birthday leave day * Full coverage of meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and accommodation * Transportation only for commuting between Barranca and the plant, and vice versa **WORK LOCATION: BARRANCA, PARAMONGA** **At PALTARUMI SAC, we support diversity and inclusion in all forms, without discrimination based on age, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, religion, or disability.** Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Are you immediately available? * The offered salary is S/1800 — do you agree?
