Job Summary: We are seeking Industrial Services Assistants to perform sandblasting, painting, high-pressure washing, scaffolding assembly, and plant cleaning at a mining facility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform sandblasting, high-pressure washing, and industrial painting tasks. 2. Assemble, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding and perform work at height. 3. Support operational tasks and field maneuvers. At ***COPPERFIELD SAC*****, a polynetallic mineral processing plant, we are seeking two (02\) ***INDUSTRIAL SERVICES ASSISTANTS*** to work at our plant located in Barranca, Paramonga, under an atypical 14x7\ work schedule. **Requirements**: * Completed secondary education or technical studies in Industrial Maintenance, Maintenance Mechanics, or related fields. * 2–3 years of experience in sandblasting, industrial painting, high-pressure washing, scaffolding assembly/dismantling, and industrial facility cleaning. * Experience in **surface preparation and application of industrial paint**, as well as operation of pressure washers and sandblasting equipment. * Knowledge of **scaffolding assembly and work at height**, with relevant certifications being desirable. * Knowledge and handling of **safety documentation**, PPE, and procedures for high-risk work. * An **adaptable, responsible, safety-oriented individual**, capable of working in a team and maintaining order and discipline in the field. **Responsibilities**: * Perform **sandblasting, high-pressure washing, and industrial painting** on equipment, structures, and plant infrastructure. * Carry out **scaffolding assembly, inspection, and dismantling**, as well as work at height using appropriate safety systems. * Provide support in **operational tasks and field maneuvers**, such as equipment transportation, pipe coupling and alignment, and other activities required by plant departments. * Conduct **cleaning and organization of work areas**, transit routes, and operational spaces, applying good 5S practices. * Daily inspection of assigned **equipment, tools, and materials**, completing checklists and reporting any defects or unsafe conditions. * Coordinate daily activities with supervision, request necessary resources, and **report progress and completion of assigned tasks**. **Benefits**: * Payroll enrollment from day one. * Profit-sharing based on production. * Statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, and vacation). * Insurance coverage (Essalud, SCTR, and Life Insurance). * Birthday leave. * 100% covered meals and accommodation. * Only commuting assistance from Barranca to the plant.
