Cambridge**, we continue to grow and are currently seeking a SLOT ROOM ADMINISTRATOR. **Requirements:** * University graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism, Marketing, or related fields. * Knowledge of casino or slot machine operations. * Experience in budget preparation and control, as well as forecasting. * Knowledge of and ability to handle procedures before **MINCETUR**. * Minimum of **5 years** of relevant experience. **Responsibilities:** * Execute and ensure compliance with commercial strategies, promotions, customer service standards, and company policies and regulations. * Efficiently manage allocated resources, ensuring their timely and goal-aligned utilization. * Coordinate, supervise, and monitor customer service within the slot room. * Propose and implement improvements to processes and procedures related to customer management. * Conduct ongoing customer follow-up to identify and address their needs. * Utilize the video area as support for proper fulfillment of duties. * Evaluate the performance of subordinates and provide continuous feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement. * Coordinate with the Human Resources department on staff recruitment and hiring processes. * Coordinate with the Technical Department regarding maintenance, repair, and proper operation of slot machines to ensure functionality. **We offer:** * Market-competitive remuneration: **S/ 2,000 to S/ 2,200**. * Formal employment with all statutory benefits.
