Define business KPIs aligned with strategic objectives, enabling effective measurement of performance and outcomes. Model and maintain KPI visualization reports and dashboards to facilitate user interpretation of information. Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities in data to generate business-impactful initiatives. Deploy descriptive analytics products (dashboards and reports), ensuring their proper availability, timely updates, and usefulness for internal teams. **Job Requirements:** Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in descriptive analytics. Strong/advanced knowledge of SQL and Power Query. Advanced Python skills for ETL process design and API handling.
