Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage and process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring regulatory compliance and proper accounting records. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and process payroll accurately and efficiently. 2. Ensure compliance with current labor regulations. 3. Collaborate with Finance and resolve payroll-related inquiries. We are looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our team at PALTARUMI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations. Additionally, they must ensure accurate accounting recording of salary-related transactions, accruals, labor taxes, and settlements. Key Responsibilities: * Process monthly employee payroll. * Manage monthly payroll incidents. * Prepare payroll reports for management. * Resolve payroll-related inquiries. * Collaborate with the Finance department for audits. * Record payroll and related journal entries in the ERP or accounting system. * Prepare final settlement documents (finiquitos) and deliver them to departing employees. * Generate labor cost reports and analyze variances. * Monitor renewal and amendments of employment contracts. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory). * Prior experience in payroll management (mandatory). * Knowledge of Peruvian labor regulations. * Specialization in Labor Legislation and Payroll Management (mandatory). * Proficiency in payroll software. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure.
