Drive continuous improvement in plant processes At **PALTARUMI**, we are currently seeking a professional to fill the position of Plant Manager at our Gold Mineral Processing Plant located in Paramonga \- Barranca. **Position Requirements:** * Degree-holding and licensed professional in **Metallurgical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields**. * **7 years of experience** in concentrator plants, including at least **3 years in managerial or supervisory roles**. * Solid knowledge of **flotation, thickening, filtration, and tailings disposal processes**. * Proven experience in **flotation, filtration, thickening, and tailings disposal processes**. * Willingness to work on a **14-days-on/7-days-off schedule** in Paramonga \- Barranca. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, direct, and control plant operations across **crushing, grinding, classification, flotation, thickeners, filtration, dispatch, and tailings management**, ensuring adherence to production schedules and operational targets. * Lead and supervise plant personnel and contractors, managing shifts, staffing levels, overtime, and team performance, while promoting operational discipline, field leadership, and teamwork. * Coordinate and assign daily work orders among various operational and support areas (maintenance, safety, laboratory, logistics), ensuring operational continuity and efficient resource utilization. * Monitor production, quality, and efficiency indicators (tonnage, recovery, cut-off grades, equipment availability), analyze deviations, and implement timely corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with **Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental, and Quality standards**, fostering a safety culture, risk control, proper use of PPE, and adherence to current regulations. * Drive continuous improvement in plant processes by participating in technical assessments, implementing best operational practices, training personnel, and substituting for the Plant Superintendent when required. **Technical Knowledge:** * Metallurgical concentration processes for lead, zinc, copper, and silver. * Tailings management: disposal, stability, water recirculation, and environmental compliance. * Operational costs and production indicators. **Benefits:** * 100% coverage of accommodation and meals. * Bonus, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), and profit-sharing. * 70% coverage of EPS (Health Insurance).
