FIELD SUPERVISOR - MAKRO HUACHOPROJECT-BASED Join a team that inspires, transforms, and leads! What will be your challenge? Meet quality standards and deliver excellent customer service. How will you achieve it? * Supervise, advise, adjust, train, and support field promoters. * Arrive at the designated meeting point on time, properly uniformed, where you will report daily staff attendance, absences with their respective reasons, or any other matter concerning team welfare. * Organize the daily work of promoters by providing them with work materials, accompanying and guiding them, encouraging or correcting appropriately. * Review forms submitted by promoters to verify completeness, legibility, and conclusive data. * Report daily production to your assigned data entry operator. * Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets per promoter and per team. * Inform the Canvassing Manager of any context—positive or negative—that affects team performance, especially reporting business-related information (markets, distributors, direct or indirect competitors) that may impact future store development. What do we require from you? * Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills. * Planning, coordination, and supervision of activities. * Design of logical routes to meet planned goals and implement them in the field to achieve objectives. * Field knowledge and familiarity with the local area. * Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams. * Basic Office knowledge (reporting).
