Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer to optimize operational and service processes, ensuring efficiency in safety, quality, and productivity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the optimization of operational and industrial service processes. 2. Design and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S). 3. Manage performance indicators (KPIs) for corrective and preventive actions. At **PALTARUMI**, a leading plant in gold mineral processing, we are currently seeking a professional to fill the position of **SENIOR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER**. **Requirements:**\- * Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields. * 3–5 years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process management within industrial environments. * Experience supervising industrial services (cleaning, painting, maintenance, or similar). * Knowledge of Lean, 5S, and process standardization methodologies. * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and Power BI. * Familiarity with management indicators (KPIs), SSOMA, and operational reporting. * Availability to work under a 9x5 schedule in Paramonga \- Barranca. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze operational and industrial service processes to identify improvement opportunities in safety, quality, and productivity. * Design and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, process standardization, and resource optimization). * Manage and analyze KPIs, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Supervise industrial cleaning, painting, landscaping, and general services, ensuring technical and safety compliance. * Standardize, update, and control procedures, work instructions, and operational documentation. * Coordinate resources (materials, tools, and PPE) and validate field progress, consumption, and deviations. **Benefits:** * 100% covered meals. * 100% covered accommodation. * Transportation to Barranca city. * Birthday leave day. * Statutory benefits. ***AVAILABILITY TO WORK UNDER A 9X5 REGIME\.*** Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Are you available to start immediately? * What is your salary expectation?
