Job Summary: We are seeking a cleaning operator to perform maintenance and support tasks in facilities, ensuring hygiene and assisting with organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Facility maintenance and cleaning (offices, restrooms, warehouse) 2. Support in space setup and warehouse organization 3. Collaboration in continuous improvement of hygiene and safety We are currently recruiting for the cleaning operator position. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed primary and secondary education. * Industrial sector experience is desirable. * Availability to work in Callao. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks across facilities (offices, restrooms, hallways, warehouse areas, etc.). * Support and participate in space setup for activities. * Ensure availability of required cleaning supplies. * Collaborate with the organization on continuous improvement of space hygiene and safety. * Adhere to established cleaning schedules and routes. * Report damages or malfunctions in facilities or equipment requiring attention. * Label all warehouse products to improve organization. * Report daily field incidents. * Maintain care of tools, materials, and resources provided by the company. * Provide warehouse support as needed. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Biweekly payments. * 60% subsidized lunch. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 7:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
