KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Operational recruitment of personnel. * Posting job vacancies and screening CVs. * Drafting and managing employment contracts. * Tracking expirations, renewals, and terminations. * Verifying and regularizing personnel documentation. * Preparing and reviewing payroll records (SERMAQUI, EGLE.COM, and INFASAC). * Drafting memos, internal announcements, and other internal documents. * Attendance and incident tracking. * Direct administrative support to management. * Organizing physical and digital files. REQUIREMENTS * Technical or university studies in Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (preferred). * Knowledge of employment contracts, payroll records, and labor documentation. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * High degree of organization, responsibility, and follow-up capability. POSITION CONDITIONS * **Work Mode:** On-site * **Schedule:** Full-time – 48 hours per week * **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **Day Off:** Sunday Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 – S/.1,600.00 per month Experience: * University education: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
