




We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team; the ideal candidate must have solid knowledge of the CORPORATE ACCOUNTING PLAN and be a versatile person capable of working in a team. Responsibilities: * Record purchases, transfers, credit notes, debit notes, and other electronic vouchers. * Keep accounts receivable and accounts payable invoices up to date. * Monitor daily transfers. * Prepare quotations for various clients. * Issue electronic vouchers, invoices, receipts, credit notes, debit notes, and others. * Other duties assigned by their immediate supervisor.
