Administrative support and compliance with safety protocols **Job Objective:** Efficiently and safely carry out assigned operations, complying with operational protocols and company-established safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct physical product inventories. · Receive, validate, and store merchandise. * Arrange parcel shipments for dispatch to projects via various freight agencies. * Handle picking and packing processes. * Provide administrative support, such as recording product entries and exits. * Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or technical studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in similar positions. * Basic-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of inventory control. * Proactive, organized individual with a strong sense of responsibility. **Benefits:** * Salary in accordance with the Minimum Vital Wage (RMV). * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, family allowance, vacation, among others). * Mandatory Life Insurance.
