Job Summary: Supervise and control mineral receipt, unloading, stockpiling, and feeding operations, ensuring process quality and adherence to the production plan. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead operations at mining plants. 2. Supervise mineral reception and classification. 3. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. At ***COPPERFIELD PERÚ SAC*****, we are seeking one (1) ***MINERAL RECEIPT SUPERVISOR*** responsible for supervising and controlling mineral receipt, unloading, stockpiling, and feeding operations, ensuring process quality and adherence to the production plan. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Mining Engineering, Plant Operations, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions, leading operations at mining plants. * Knowledge of mineral receipt, crushing, and blending processes. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and plant control software. * Availability to work under an atypical 14x7 schedule. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise mineral receipt, unloading, and proper classification in stockpile areas, hoppers, and stockpiles. * Control and coordinate the formation and feeding of mineral blends to the plant. * Ensure correct identification, coding, and traceability of mineral batches. * Guarantee representative sampling and proper recording of operational data (tonnage, origin, mineral type). * Coordinate mineral flow, sequence, and feeding according to the production plan. * Prepare and validate daily grade and metallurgical test reports. * Manage procurement of materials, tools, and resources required for operations. * Lead operational personnel, ensuring compliance with procedures and standards. * Prevent mineral contamination or improper mixing. * Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations.
