Your objective will be to guarantee that the entire team possesses the necessary tools and knowledge to deliver excellent service and meet commercial objectives. · Key Responsibilities: Training and Development: Prepare, deliver, and evaluate personnel knowledge for regional staff and sales channels (current and new staff). Content Development: Create training materials tailored to identified needs. Field Management: Visit sales channels to verify real-world application of knowledge and ensure dissemination of product and policy updates. Audit and Compliance: Monitor adherence to internal and external policies. Management Reporting: Handle documentation and report training progress and outcomes for quality measurement. · Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, Pedagogy, or related fields. Academic Level: Technical or University degree. Specific Knowledge: Teaching and training methodologies.
