We are looking for a dynamic Trainer with strong communication skills to ensure competency development for our staff and sales channels in the region. Your objective will be to guarantee that the entire team possesses the necessary tools and knowledge to deliver excellent service and meet commercial objectives. · Key Responsibilities: Training and Development: Prepare, deliver, and evaluate personnel knowledge for regional staff and sales channels (current and new staff). Content Development: Create training materials tailored to identified needs. Field Management: Visit sales channels to verify real-world application of knowledge and ensure dissemination of product and policy updates. Audit and Compliance: Monitor adherence to internal and external policies. Management Reporting: Handle documentation and report training progress and outcomes for quality measurement. · Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, Pedagogy, or related fields. Academic Level: Technical or University degree. Specific Knowledge: Teaching and training methodologies. Digital Tools: Intermediate-level Microsoft Office. · Benefits: Formal employment under MYPE payroll from day one, including all statutory benefits.
