Job Summary: Supervise and ensure production compliance, equipment operability, and illicit activity prevention in-store, while leading a team and guaranteeing customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Leads teams and supervises in-store production compliance. 2. Ensures the proper operation of equipment and security systems. 3. Prevents illicit acts and ensures asset control. **Job Description** ---------------------- Oversee supervision and compliance with the work team's production. * Ensure the proper operation and functionality of store equipment, including fire protection systems, security systems, video surveillance, communication systems, intrusion detection systems, sensors, or alarms installed or assigned. * Promptly detect and report illicit acts that may occur inside the facilities—whether by internal or external personnel—and immediately implement corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with processes related to asset control and movement (fixed assets, logistics units, etc.) entering and exiting stores to prevent losses. * Manage other additional functions inherent to the position. * Adhere to applicable service routines and protocols for your role under the Tottus “Kindness Service Model.” * Ensure your team complies with applicable service routines and protocols for their roles under the Tottus “Kindness Service Model.” **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed, ongoing, or incomplete university or technical education. * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in MMTT / PLATFORM AND PREVENTION / team leadership. * Knowledge in PLATFORM / MMTT AND PREVENTION areas. * Schedule subject to coordination with direct supervisor; full-time on-site availability required. * Results-oriented, adaptable to change, and customer-service oriented.
