Preparation of reports and performance indicators **LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR – TARAPOTO** **Location: Tarapoto** We are seeking a **meticulous, responsible, and committed** professional to oversee the warehouse operations of a renowned resort in Tarapoto. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage and supervise warehouse operations. * Monitor stock levels and track inventory. * Maintain and update the stock ledger. * Coordinate and manage procurement and supply requirements. * Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products and materials. * Verify product inflow and outflow, ensuring accurate documentation. * Identify inventory discrepancies, losses, and potential stockouts. * Maintain warehouse order and proper organization. * Prepare reports and performance indicators related to inventory and supply. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely supply. * Ensure compliance with internal departmental procedures. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS** * Technical or university degree in **Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering**, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and/or warehouse operations. * Experience in inventory management, stock ledger, and procurement. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * ERP/WMS system experience is desirable. * Willingness to relocate and reside in Tarapoto. **BENEFITS** * Competitive salary aligned with the labor market. * Relocation to Tarapoto covered by the company. * Accommodation provided (bed-in). * Meals covered. * Work tools provided by the company. * Ongoing training. * Formal employment registration.
