




Position Summary: HR Analyst with experience in payroll, personnel control, vacation management, recruitment and selection processes, and compliance with labor legislation. Key Highlights: 1. Manages payroll and personnel control, including outsourcing and piecework. 2. Participates in recruitment, selection, and evaluation of personnel. 3. Maintains the ERP system and employee files up to date. **Agro-industrial company requires a HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST \- PAYROLL SPECIALIST with the following profile**: Maintain the registration and control of the payroll for all company employees, including those from outsourcing, with experience in WEEKLY PIECEWORK. Maintain updated personnel files for each employee. Keep the SSF ERP system updated with information on all personnel. Consolidate quarterly personnel evaluations. Generate monthly reports on truncated and pending vacations, and review vacation scheduling in coordination with departments, leaves, and other matters with appropriate advance notice. Plan recreational activities and events for staff to foster loyalty and commitment toward the company. Issue semiannual CTS settlements. Review AFP, ONP, and Essalud records. Register personnel hires and terminations as appropriate in Sunat's payroll registry. Inform management and department heads about expiring employment contracts and their possible renewal based on requirements from various departments. Conduct recruitment, selection, hiring, and evaluation of personnel per departmental needs, coordinated with each department. Submit to accounting the list of personnel to be hired. Register and prepare employment contracts. Communicate directives regarding workers' rights and obligations. Issue memoranda or reports on personnel performance. Submit a weekly attendance report to management. Issue payroll slips. Inform management about employees' behavior and job performance. Inform management about expiring employment contracts and their possible renewal based on requirements from various departments. Submit to accounting a weekly payroll report for piecework and a monthly report per company. Seek improvements related to workplace environment. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS** * Technical degree in Business Administration, Accounting, and/or Psychology. Two years of experience in the same position. * Leadership and management skills. Knowledge of labor legislation. * Proficiency in computer tools (Office suite) and ERP systems. * Teamwork aptitude. * OBSERVATIONS: (Preferably reside in ATE, VILLA MARIA DEL TRIUNFO, VILLA EL SALVADOR, LURIN, PACHACAMAC, or LA MOLINA) * Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,300\.00 \- S/.2,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
