What challenges will you face? * You will promote a customer-centric culture to deepen client relationships, contributing to an increase in primary clients by leveraging the Bank’s relationships, systems, products, services, and expertise. * You will carry out operational procedures and activities within their respective areas according to internal regulations, inter-company commercial agreements within the Scotiabank Group, and applicable legal requirements. * You will continuously develop Business Management with Small Businesses, seeking profitability and portfolio growth through sales and service (evaluating proposals, providing financial advice, fulfilling customer contact activity disciplines – ABP, and offering various bank products and services), while applying anti-money laundering policies. * You will evaluate customer performance, identifying and anticipating future needs and risks, generating long-term relationships, aiming for customer loyalty by offering diverse products and positioning the bank as their primary financial partner in achieving their goals. * You will make use of the tools provided by the bank: Bt, Intranet, campaigns, ISTS, commercial intelligence database (mailing), among others, to maximize customer portfolio management. * You will review and promptly follow up on recovery and collection tasks for customers with active bank products who fail to meet agreed payment dates, according to established collection management parameters. * You will identify and manage potential commercial zones within the area of influence and network of contacts, enabling the provision of commercial solutions to their needs and increasing business opportunities. (Visit merchant associations, commercial establishments, equipment suppliers, generate agreements, etc.). * You will provide a high-quality service that differentiates itself in the market according to required quality guidelines and standards, meeting Pulso targets. * You will manage teamwork with internal and external sales forces to achieve assigned commercial goals. * You will meet commercial targets by promoting the sale of defined products, supporting specific campaigns, and identifying customer needs to offer solution alternatives and/or refer customers to appropriate departments, generating business opportunities aligned with SBP's commercial strategies. * You will understand the Bank's risk culture and how risk appetite should be considered in daily activities and decisions. * You will actively perform effective and efficient operations within their respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, compliance, and effectiveness of daily business controls to meet obligations aimed at reducing operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, money laundering and terrorist financing risk, and conduct risk, including responsibilities established under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, International Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Manual, and Business Conduct Guidelines.
