We seek a passionate, organized, and full-time Junior Talent and Projects Coordinator to join our team. **Your Responsibilities** * Propose and coordinate influencer marketing strategies aligned with each brand’s objectives. * Conduct scouting for new talents and influencers suitable for campaigns. * Prepare media kits, formal quotations, and campaign and collaboration budgets. * Manage calendars, contracts, and tracking of content agreed upon with talents. * Coordinate invoicing with the accounting department, perform bank reconciliations, and track campaign payments. * Maintain and archive contracts for each talent and active collaboration. * Manage the agency’s social media posting schedule and digital positioning. * Coordinate and supervise content creation together with talents. * Lead calls for events, product launches, and experiences with influencers and strategic partners. * Keep the contact database updated and support internal agency organization and structure. * Stay current on social media trends and content creation.
